I purchased these glasses to use with my IPL at home. I always got really bad headache because of the bright flash, even if I closed my eyes. These glasses help a lot, no more headaches! I chose this model to fit my prescription glasses underneath and it works very well (have in mind they are quite dark and you will have some trouble seeing properly anyway). The only downside is this model is not very good if you are doing your sideburns, as it’s a bit open on the sides
TLDR: If you are doing IPL at home and the flash bothers you, get them! Totally recommended. If you do sideburns (and perhaps other parts of the face) consider choosing different model.
