Shooting Safety Glasses are a very specialist type of safety glasses and come with their own unique classifications and standards.

For this reason when we are asked ‘Which shooting glasses are best?‘ we typically recommend those manufacturers who are supplying the US and UK Military as some of the best manufacturers of shooting safety glasses. We carry a range of Wiley X, Oakley and ESS shooting glasses for you to choose from, all of which currently supply these military departments.

With shooting safety standards to include MIL-SPEC MIL PRF 32432, U.S. MIL SPEC MIL-PRF-31013 (clause 3.5.1.1), ANSI Z87.1-2010, CE and U.S. Federal OSHA you can be sure that we have got you covered!

Any safety glasses used for this purpose should include ballistic rated lenses as standard.  Many of the frames are fitted with adjustable nose pads and rounded temple arms for your comfort.  The frame styles include aviator, semi rimless and wrap around, all of which work to increase your viewing area and increase the area that you can see.

Glasses are usually fitted with coloured lenses which provide additional clarity to your environment, some of the frame options also come with interchangeable lenses.  This means that you can choose the lens colour which best suits the conditions that you are working with.

Many of our Shooting Safety Glasses come with shatterproof lenses as standard, with anti fog properties built in to the lens.

We are able to fit prescription lenses to some of this range where applicable however please note where an RX Insert is not used these will be rated to EN166F instead of MIL specifications.  Please  contact us ahead of purchasing to ensure the specifications meets your needs.
