Alexandrite Diode Yag - Model 33

The Alexandrite Diode YAG Model 33 pairs Phillips Safety's green Y93 polycarbonate filter with the Model 33 fitover frame. It is designed for clinics and labs that run alexandrite, diode or Nd:YAG systems, and it fits over most prescription spectacles so wearers do not need a separate prescription pair.

The Y93 filter gives broad cover across UV and blue light and through the near-infrared, with its strongest ratings at the 755 nm alexandrite line and the 1064 nm Nd:YAG line. Phillips Safety lists the lens as CE certified to EN 207. With around 41% visible light transmission, the view is brighter than many multi-wavelength filters, which helps when you need to see the treatment area clearly.
